Process the first 6 ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Place the chicken in a shallow dish or large zip-top freezer bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.
Cover or seal and chill for 2 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving some marinade.
Arrange chicken in a single layer on a lightly greased 15×10-inch jellyroll pan.
Bring the reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan.
Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Bake the chicken at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Turn chicken, and bake 15 more minutes.
Baste the chicken with marinade and bake 7 minutes.
Turn the chicken, and baste with remaining marinade.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake 7 more minutes or until sesame seeds are golden.
