Sesame-Maple Chicken Wings


  • 1/3 c. ALAGA Butter Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3 T. sesame oil
  • 1 T. chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 T. ALAGA Hot Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 lb. chicken wing pieces
  • 2 T. sesame seeds


  • Process the first 6 ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  • Place the chicken in a shallow dish or large zip-top freezer bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  • Cover or seal and chill for 2 hours.
  • Remove chicken from marinade, reserving some marinade.
  • Arrange chicken in a single layer on a lightly greased 15×10-inch jellyroll pan.
  • Bring the reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan.
  • Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.
  • Bake the chicken at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Turn chicken, and bake 15 more minutes.
  • Baste the chicken with marinade and bake 7 minutes.
  • Turn the chicken, and baste with remaining marinade.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake 7 more minutes or until sesame seeds are golden.
