Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients except for the pecans and parsley, and roll into a ball.
Mix the pecans and parsley together and roll the ball-shaped salmon mixture so that the pecans and parsley coat the outside of the ball.
Chill and serve as a spread with crackers.
