onions, chopped

can minced clams, drained
(16-oz.)
cream cheese

ALAGA Hot Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Process the onions with just enough water to mix in a blender.
Pour into a non-stick skillet.
Add the clams and the ALAGA Hot Sauce.
Cook over low heat until the water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
Serve hot from a chafing dish with potato chips, crackers or corn chips.
