Caribbean Fudge Pie

Equipment

  • 1 – Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. Alaga Cane Syrup
  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. broken pecans
  • 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 1 9" unbaked pie shell
  • 3 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
  • Cream butter with ALAGA Cane Syrup and beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in flour and broken pecans, then turn into pie shell.
  • Decorate the pie with the pecan halves before you bake it.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
