Glazed Tuna Steak
- Tuna Steaks 1" thick
- Grey Poupon Mustard
- ALAGA Cane Syrup
- Mix mustard and ALAGA Cane Syrup to make the sauce – 1/2 each (as much as needed)
- Sear tuna steak(s) on each side on grill.
- Brush the glaze on each side and cook approximately 4 minutes, turning and glazing several times.
