“Hot” Deviled Eggs

Equipment

  • 1 – Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp. ALAGA Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 c. relish (chopped sweet pickles)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs and slice in half.
  • Remove yokes and mix with ingredients until smooth.
  • Fill egg halves.
  • Chill and serve garnished with fresh basil.
