Pecan Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped pimento
- 5 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 3 T. ALAGA Hot Sauce
- 3 T. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans (or peanuts)
- 2 chopped green onions
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Add more mayonnaise if necessary to achieve spreadable consistency.
- Top with pecan halves and a dash of ALAGA Hot Sauce.
- Serve with crackers or on bread.
