Sour Cream Deviled Eggs
- 6 boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 T. sour cream
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ALAGA Hot Sauce
- dash paprika
- Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
- Remove yolk and place in a bowl.
- Mash egg yolks and add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Fill egg-white shells with mixture.
- Refrigerate until serving time
