Sour Cream Deviled Eggs


  • 6 boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 T. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ALAGA Hot Sauce
  • dash paprika


  • Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
  • Remove yolk and place in a bowl.
  • Mash egg yolks and add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  • Fill egg-white shells with mixture.
  • Refrigerate until serving time
